How we took DEFAI from concept to launch, and past 10,000+ trusted users

DEFAI was building something genuinely new: a wallet-integrated DeFi app where users retrieve prices, execute trades, and coordinate on-chain actions through a conversational AI chatbot, instead of a traditional dashboard. The concept was strong. What it needed was a partner to carry that concept through to launch — interface design and motion that made "talk to your wallet" feel intelligent and trustworthy, not like a gimmick.

Started with structure
