Build a large-scale, CMS-driven property platform that could manage complex listings, streamline discovery, and support high-volume, trust-led transactions in one of the most saturated property markets in the world.

Started with the buyer

We ran discovery on Transparency's business goals, researched buyer intent and friction points, and audited leading Dubai platforms to find where competitors were losing people. Structure came before a single screen was designed.

Built a filtering system that matched how buyers actually search

Low-fidelity wireframes prioritised flow and filtering first. We layered in a multi-level property filter system connected dynamically to the CMS, a mortgage calculator engine, and API-connected property data — so buyers could go from browsing to a real number in a few clicks, not a form submission.

Designed for direct trust, not just visual polish

We built out the product's launch presence — pairing refined design with high-impact motion built to demonstrate the product in action and travel on launch day.
