Client
Navro is a US-based MedTech recruitment platform built to remove the friction between qualified candidates and the hiring managers who need them. When they came to KNSY, the fundamentals were in place. They had a working product, a backend system and a clear vision for how healthcare hiring should work. What they didn't have was a brand. No visual identity, no guidelines, no front-facing presence capable of reflecting the quality of what they'd built.
Objective
Navro needed more than a logo and a colour. They needed a complete brand system built from the ground up. The objective was to establish them as a credible, premium player in the MedTech recruitment space, with a visual identity, guidelines, collateral and web presence that matched the sophistication of their product and positioned them to compete at the level they were already operating.
